Business Systems Analyst Opportunities

18 Months Fixed Term Contract

We currently have two opportunities available for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join us initially on an 18-month contract with the possibility that the position may become permanent.

You will be responsible for supporting sustained and effective change across the Group through the thorough analysis of both the current and desired future state, developing appropriate action plans and strategies to deliver this.

Maximising the use of existing IT platforms as well as supporting the introduction of new systems and ways of working, you will act as the liaison between IT, external stakeholders, suppliers and the user community to ensure that change is delivered as effectively as possible and anticipated outcomes are realised.

Successful delivery of change will require appropriate understanding of the business priorities and the ability to influence an approach to meet strategic priorities.

With experience of developing ETL processes and undertaking data cleansing, you will have a strong background of data analysis and be capable of working with the business to improve data quality and data management. A familiarity with reporting tools, scripting and ETL tools is essential as is experience of running workshops and the ability to produce high quality documentation including process flows.

You will ideally hold a BCS Practitioner Level in Business Analysis, a recognised equivalent or suitable practical experience and have a housing association or local government background but this not as crucial as the strong technical and BA skills.
