Lettings and Property Management Officer

Maternity Cover – up to 12 Months Contract

Within the role, you will support the Three Sixty Living Manager and Lettings Manager in leading the operational delivery of the Private Sector Service and its functions including the Letting and Property Management Service and assisting with Stockport Homes Deposit Scheme and Refugee Services delivered on behalf of the Home Office.

Completing regular property inspections to ensure that they comply with legislation, you must complete accurate full written and photographic inventories of properties and contents and ensure rental income is maximised; monitoring rental payments, including rent collection and issuing legal notices where appropriate. You must also ensure tenants are adhering to the terms of their tenancy agreement and assist with developing a private sector offer that is competitive within the market, sustainable and delivers social benefits whilst delivering a range of refugee related projects on behalf of the Home Office.

With the ability to successfully support the delivery of a residential lettings and property management, you will ideally have previous experience of working in residential lettings and property management and of maximising performance against targets and outcomes. Candidates should have the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities to meet targets, deliver successful and diverse projects and achieve outcomes and manage complaints or disputes to a positive resolution quickly.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and use of a car is essential for the role along with DBS Check.
