Joining us as a Corporate Support and Facilities Officer, you will provide executive support to multiple Directors and assist with a range of facilities management duties, ultimately ensuring that the Group’s prestigious offices promote business growth and senior managers are effectively supported in their roles.
With excellent planning, communication and organisational skills, we are looking for someone with PA experience, including managing a varied workload with changing priorities and achieving required deadlines.
Able to work under pressure and with a forward thinking and positive approach to problem solving, you’ll have proven experience of effective decision making, excellent literacy and presentation skills and the ability to write and produce minutes from senior management meetings.
