Digital Transformation Manager

We’re currently on a digital journey and have a number of roles we’re looking to incorporate into this. We have a Digital plan in place and are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to enable organisational effectiveness and change through the digital transformation of Services.

You’ll play an integral part for the Group to achieve its digital ambitions; improving customer experience / service and improving organisational efficiencies through the digitisation of service delivery and internal processes. It’s key that you will be an inspirational advocate for digital transformation and have the ability to bring in new innovative ideas, always maintaining a keen interest in digital innovations being used elsewhere including across other sectors.

You’ll be the know-how across the Group, providing insight and setting the digital vision, responsible for delivering the organisation’s digital transformation agenda through the design, redesign and co-creation of the organisation’s digital services and processes. So the proven ability to work at pace when leading change within a project environment is vital.

With your excellent knowledge of digital technologies, you’ll have demonstrable experience of applying digital design within a wide range of business situations from frontline to back-office operations. Along with proven knowledge to support the design of services that are inclusive and accessible.

It’s a must to have the ability to coach, support and inspire others, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders to champion their service needs and build relationships and trust.

Ideally you’ll hold a digital design related qualification or have relevant experience within human centred design.
