Customer Service Officer Opportunities

1 x Permanent post – 22.5 hours per week (mornings)
1 x Temporary post – 20 hours per week (afternoons)

Joining us as a Customer Service Officer, you will provide excellent services to our customers, delivering comprehensive advice and guidance on services delivered through Stockport Homes.

As the first point of customer contact, you must meet our commitment to exceeding customer expectations and the role may occasionally involve covering the main reception; signing up new tenants for rented properties and general administrative work.

With experience of providing a customer focussed service demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, you must be capable of actively listening and empathising with customers whilst effectively managing call times in response to demand. A good level of education is essential and you must work well under pressure with an exemplary, positive attitude and ability to solve problems creatively.

The role requires flexibility, great interpersonal skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a range of enquiries.
