Customer Scrutiny Panel
The Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) is a group of customers who review services provided by Stockport Homes and look at what is working well and what could be improved. The panel highlights good practice and makes recommendations for improvements, which go to the Board to ensure that action is taken. This ensures high standards are maintained and the needs of customers are met. The Panel recently completed reviews of how customers benefit from Stockport Homes’ energy advice services and how customers can exchange their property.
The Panel meets every fortnight and is supported by staff and an external mentor through the whole process. A review typically takes six months from start to finish, all transport costs are covered and members receive £25 in vouchers for each review they complete.
Becoming a member of the Customer Scrutiny Panel is an excellent opportunity to improve employment prospects by providing relevant skills and experiences which would be desirable to employers.
