We are now looking to recruit a Planner to join us to plan and coordinate work for Repair 1st operatives via DRS5, ensuring productivity levels are at the optimum and all scheduled appointments, voids and emergency repairs are completed within time.

Working within the Planning, and the wider Repair 1st Operational Team, you will be the first point of contact for queries relating to works scheduled via DRS5 and any emergency repairs raised, enabling the most appropriate operative to attend repairs and void works. Planning and coordinating repairs and voids works for the operative team providing information, advice and guidance as appropriate, you will assist the team to meet job priorities and offering excellent customer service; supporting the Operational, Contact Centre and management teams in the achievement of Right First Time, appointments made and kept, Void Turnaround and productivity KPI’s.

With knowledge of responsive repairs and void works within the Social Housing context and a sound understanding of database systems and Microsoft applications; knowledge of Northgate, Servitor, and/or DRS5 would be an advantage. Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced responsive repairs environment and show a clear understanding of customers and their needs, you must have a high level of integrity and be capable of building and maintaining relationships internally/externally to help deliver successful outcomes.

The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service
