A good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications is required, and you must have the ability to work co-operatively as part of a team in order to achieve measurable outcomes.

The ability to demonstrate empathy whilst maintaining healthy boundaries and a commitment to working with vulnerable people is also essential.
