ASB Case Support Officer

We now have an opportunity available for an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Case Support Officer to join us to support and protect people to improve communities and quality of life.
The ASB Case Support Officer delivers a high quality, prompt and effective service to reports of anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance, and hate incidents through the effective co-ordination of noise and CCTV monitoring systems which gather evidence to support legal action. Coordinating Community Safety Works to target harden vulnerable customers’ properties protecting them from harm, you will be responsible for the administration of all invoices received by the Anti-Social Behaviour Team, preparing them to be forwarded to Finance to be authorised for payment.
You must also review recordings and make recommendations to ASB Officers as to the appropriateness of various noise related action that can be taken including warnings, Community Protection Notices, Noise Abatement Notices, Prosecutions and Warrants for seizure of equipment.
Candidates for this role should have a good standard of education, be able to carry out thorough and systematic investigations, including interviews, surveillance and provide accurate written, and verbal, reports and witness statements. With the ability to maintain effective administrative systems to ensure that investigations are progressed as effectively and speedily as possible and that information relating to cases is available, you should demonstrate good organisation and time management skills and be strong under pressure.
