Resident Liaison Officer

As part of this successful housing group, an innovative new construction and trading business known as Three Sixty SHG Ltd has been formed and is growing with a pipeline of capital works projects. Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer to support, develop and promote the provision of high-quality customer service.

Consulting and liaising with customers before the commencement of work, during the project and once the work has been completed, you will undertake dilapidation surveys and produce reports and illustrations highlighting any information required by the site management, prior to works commencing.

Liaising with Site Management, Stockport Homes officers, council officers, Suppliers and sub-contractors on customer issues and providing advice on solutions to any problems encountered, you will provide accurate information relating to the work programmes, either verbally or in written form and ensure satisfactory resolution to all complaints.

Prioritising and managing your own workload and supporting other team members requirements, candidates should be able to think laterally, and problem solve successfully; working as part of a team but also independently as and when required. Working to strict deadlines and planning and prioritising works accordingly, you must ensure that measures are in place to achieve value for money and effective practices and work collaboratively with to ensure that team members have the knowledge and tools they need to do their jobs.

Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required.
